Joseph Bondarenko is the Founder of White Oak Fund Services, LLC, and brings over 25 years of experience in private equity fund administration, outsourced CFO services, and institutional fund operations. He has built and led fund accounting teams and overseen third-party administrators across a wide spectrum of strategies — from global investment banks to middle-market private equity firms.
Joseph and his firm, White Oak Fund Services LLC, serve as the outsourced CFO and fund administrator for multiple private equity clients with aggregate active commitments of just under $2 billion. His hands-on approach, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to service excellence have made White Oak a trusted partner for emerging and growth-stage fund managers.
Prior to founding White Oak, Joseph held senior leadership roles including: Chief Financial Officer at Halyard Capital, Controller at American Securities, Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he led fund accounting oversight and administrator relationships. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche and Rothstein Kass, where he focused on alternative investment clients.
Originally from New York, Joseph brings a global perspective, having lived in Asia during grade school and in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during high school.
He is deeply committed to community and service, and is an active supporter of the September 11th Memorial & Museum and 51Vets.
